Re-Gen Waste participate in the worlds biggest coffee morning
The team at Re-Gen Waste put on quite a display of home baked cakes and buns for the Macmillan Coffee Morning. Everyone got involved and all proceeds were donated to Macmillan Newry and Mourne to help people facing cancer.
The Macmillan coffee morning was created as there are now 2.5 million people in the UK living with cancer, and its goal is to make sure no one faces cancer alone.
Beulah Hillen of Re-Gen was delighted to present a cheque to the Head of Committee for Macmillan Newry and Mourne, Martha.
“It has been a pleasure raising money for such a worthwhile charity. We’ve been holding fund raising initiatives for the past 16 years for Macmillan Newry and Mourne so getting involved in their coffee morning was a no-brainer – who doesn’t like cake!”
Thanks to the team once again for their generous donations and for getting involved.
