Indeed we are confident that we can provide a recovery solution for any and all

So no matter what your specific needs actually are our service is always underpinned by the following:
- Quality – Re-Gen places the highest value in meeting our customers’ needs.
We work with our customers on a partnership basis to ensure
the service they require can be properly delivered. The process usually begins at the start of a contract with open and inclusive dialogue to determine exactly what our customers’ needs are.
For example:
- Fine Tuning - Following an initial settling in period we undertake detailed and transparent audits of the waste streams being processed and as a consequence further refine our service offering. Our focus is on ensuring that incoming waste streams are as uncontaminated as possible and we work closely with our customers to deliver this.
- Bespoke Solutions - We work hard to ensure the smooth operation of the contract in a manner which is mutually beneficial to both parties, by running our own or joint advertising campaigns in the local press and sponsoring council "Recycler of the Month" Campaigns or similar. Our construction & logistics expertise also allows us to:
- Make alterations to transfer station facilities to ensure materials remain protected and segregated.
- Provide our own loading equipment and staff at the initial bulking point.
- Recovery rates - We have one of the most advanced materials recycling facilities in the UK and believe we have attained the critical balance between automated, mechanical and manual sorting processes. Subject to the particular waste stream we can recover for recycling up to 98% of the materials being processed and all residuals are further processed as Refuse Derived Fuels which means that very little, if any, of the waste processed through our plant is diverted to landfill.
- Traceability - Incoming materials are stored in client specific pre-processing bays, are graded to determine anticipated contamination levels and are processed on an exclusive basis. Our facility thus allows for monitoring of materials from entrance to exit and provides the required details to fulfil “Waste Data Flow” or other reporting requirements.
- Flexibility - Where the contamination level of incoming materials exceeds the anticipated or historically agreed level our processing methodology can be immediately adjusted. If this continues or becomes a regular occurrence we can provide feedback (right down to specific streets) which will allow for targeted information campaigns or other joint responses to address the issue.
- Speed of response - We have made a significant investment in our logistics capacity and capability and consequently Re-Gen is one of the most responsive providers of recycling services in the UK & Ireland. We have a built up a large fleet of our own purpose built trailers which carry significantly higher tonnages of materials than our competitors.
- Logistics Contingency - We can call on our Haulage Partners who can be relied upon to provide additional resources and a back up haulage service should the need ever arise. For example; in response to a request from one UK mainland client for “urgent assistance”, we collected an additional 1,500 tonnes of co-mingled waste in a single week.
- End Markets - Our membership of the Recycling Registration Service means that we can demonstrate the integrity of our end markets.
(Please see www.rrsuk.org for further information.). We always utilise well known national end markets such as UPM – Kymmene, Stirling Fibre, SCA Packaging, Alutrade, Novelis UK, Alternative Waste Solutions, Corus Steel Packaging, Glass Recycling UK, Recresco and have established international relationships with such companies as Peute Papier in the Netherlands.
