We have approximately 25 picking line staff, the majority of which are from Northern Europe, all have completed 2nd level education and some have degrees & other professional qualifications.
All operatives go through a rigorous induction programme which includes language skills and Health & Safety, as well as training related to our processes and quality control.
In addition 10 of our 25 operatives completed an NVQ Level 2 NVQ Waste Management Operations
A further 10 are going through the programme and we anticipate the next programme will commence in August 2007.
The remaining 5 are expected to begin their NVQ in September 2007

With transport links serving all of Ireland and the UK, we provide waste services for England, Wales and Scotland. We operate our own highly-flexible logistics service, taking advantage of nearby ports such as Belfast, Dublin and Warrenpoint.
